
Morning Yoga
Start your day with a sense of calm at our morning yoga sessions on the quay. Led by the highly experienced Chalotte Fruergaard – who has more than 30 years of teaching under her belt – you’ll be guided through poses that challenge your balance, build strength, and improve flexibility.
Having helped over 40,000 people through yoga, mindfulness, and personal development, Chalotte knows exactly how to create a session that leaves you feeling refreshed and grounded.
All you need to do is take a deep breath, soak in the view over the water, and let the morning sun warm your face. In our opinion, there’s simply no better way to start the day.
Pratical
The event is open to all levels, and participation is completely free. Just bring your own mat.
Feel free to stick around for a cup of freshly brewed coffee after yoga – Coffee Corner opens at 11:00.
