Cooking classes for kids
COOKING CLASS WITH DISTRICT TONKIN
October 15th from 15.00 – 15.45 & 16.00 – 16.45
On Tuesday, October 15th, we are hosting a free cooking class for kids aged 6-12 at Broens. Zeqir from District Tonkin will teach your children how to make homemade fresh spring rolls.
The course is a great way for kids to learn about ingredients and cooking while having fun with other little chefs! They will, of course, get to taste their creations— and maybe even take some samples home.
The little chefs will make homemade Vietnamese fresh spring rolls with rice paper, various fresh vegetables, and a delicious dipping sauce.
Participation is free, but since there are only 10 spots available per session, it is necessary to reserve a spot. There are 10 spots from 15:00-15:45 and 10 from 16:00-16:45.
This is a free event, so if you book a spot and later find out that you cannot attend, please send us an e-mail to kontakt@broensstreetfood.dk in advance.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The cooking class will take place in front of District Tonkin at Broens Street Food, Strandgade 95, 1401 Copenhagen K.
If there’s strong wind or heavy rain, we will cancel the event—you will receive an e-mail in case of cancellation.
COOKING CLASS WITH HIJA DE SANCHEZ
October 17th from 15.00 – 15.45 & 16.00 – 16.45
On Thurssday, October 17th, we are hosting a free cooking class for kids aged 6-12 at Broens. Rafa from Hija de Sanchez will teach your children how to make homemade Mexican corn tortillas from scratch!
The course is a great way for kids to learn about ingredients and cooking while having fun with other little chefs! They will, of course, get to taste their creations – and maybe even take some samples home. The little chefs will experience the joy of making their own homemade Mexican corn tortillas – they will get their hands into the dough and shape the soft tortillas all by themselves.
Participation is free, but since there are only 10 spots available per session, it is necessary to reserve a spot. There are 10 spots from 3:00-3:45 PM and 10 spots from 4:00-4:45 PM.
This is a free event, so if you book a spot and later find out that you cannot attend, please send an email to kontakt@broensstreetfood.dk in advance, so that another child can enjoy the opportunity.
