After years dedicated to launching various restaurants, Christoffer has returned to his true culinary passion: classic French cuisine. This food stall extends the spirit of the restaurant Sans Souci, blending simplicity with Michelin-level techniques. The approach is straightforward: fresh, high-quality ingredients, exceptional craftsmanship, and a generous dash of love.

Christoffer boasts an impressive culinary background, having honed his skills at several Michelin-starred establishments, including Geranium, Restaurant Herman, and Henne Kirkeby Kro. In 2013, he contributed to securing a silver medal at the Bocuse d’Or and has since been instrumental in launching restaurants such as Gemyse in Tivoli, Restaurant Frank, and Falsters Kyst – a combination of restaurant and bakery.
