HEAD CHEFS GLENN KEJSER & MORTEN PILTOFT
The two owners, Morten and Glenn, share a deep passion for good meals and the best ingredients from the sea. This passion led them to start their food stall here at the quay. The name "Haddock" comes from the haddock fish, a quirky relative in the cod family, which thrives at depths between 130 and 500 feet in the North Atlantic.
