Mochi Time
Mochi is a Japanese dessert made from steamed rice flour, giving it a soft and chewy texture. This dough envelops a creamy, homemade ice cream made by Mochi Time themselves. Each mochi is handmade in Copenhagen, and is crafted in small batches using the finest ingredients – free from artificial additives, with natural flavours and colours from fruits and vegetables.

Jessica is a chef with a deep love for Japanese cuisine. During the pandemic, she rediscovered her passion for mochi and decided to refine her technique. After many trials and errors, she succeeded in creating a mochi dough that both tastes and feels just perfect.
