Pasta la pasta
Pasta La Pasta is a tribute to Italian cuisine, elevating the classic simplicity of Italian pasta to new heights by incorporating techniques from the Michelin universe. Every pasta and sauce is handcrafted in Piemonte, Northern Italy, using only local ingredients – nothing is left to chance.

Morten Paaske, the founder of Pasta La Pasta, has an impressive Michelin background. Trained at Formel B in Denmark, he has worked at top restaurants such as Alinea in Chicago, won the World Culinary Championship, and served as a private chef for King Frederik X. After years in the industry Morten fell in love with Italian food culture on a volcanic island north of Sicily – an experience that inspired him to create Pasta La Pasta.
