Morning Yoga

Throughout summer, we invite you to free morning yoga on the quay led by the talented yoga instructor, Chalotte Fruergaard, who has more than 30 years of teaching expertise.

She will guide you through postures that challenge your balance, strengthen and stretch. 

Take a deep breath and enjoy the view of the water as the morning sun peeks out. In our opinion, this is the absolute best way to start the day. 

The event is for all levels and it’s completely free to participate. You just need to bring your own mat.
