Pasta La Pasta is run by experienced chef Morten Paaske Christensen, who after several years in Italy has developed a deep love for Italian cuisine. He is trained at the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant Formel B, has worked as a chef at the 3-star restaurant Alinea in Chicago and has even had the honour of cooking for His Majesty King Frederik X. The small pasta shop takes classic and simple Italian pasta to new heights by integrating techniques and knowledge from the Michelin universe. Morten imports handmade pasta from a small local family in Piedmont and develops sauces in close collaboration with a skilled chef in Turin.
