Rørt was founded by Jean Michel Grønnegaard Deleuran in the summer of 2019. Driven by a big love for spreads, he set out on an ambitious mission to change how people see this type of food and make it better. At Rørt, they craft smørrebrød that defies tradition. Don’t expect towering extravagance. The creations are rustic and informal, made for moments of pure enjoyment in good company. The focus is on freshly prepared, light toppings, where they tone down the mayo and turn up the vegetables.
