Østersbuddet

Østersbuddet has Denmark's largest selection of oysters and considers themselves oyster experts. They know the history behind each oyster they serve and open them in front of their customers to ensure they are completely fresh upon serving. The idea arose between two colleagues, Mohamet and Lukas, who had a vision of spreading awareness about this delicate food. They have served thousands of oysters at various events, and now you can also find them at Broens Gadekøkken with their charming and mobile oyster cart.
