Østersbuddet

Mohamet and Lukas boast Denmark's largest selection of oysters and consider themselves experts in the field. They know the story behind every oyster they serve. They have catered thousands of oysters for all kinds of events, and when the weather is great, you will find them at Broens with their charming and mobile oyster cart. The idea for Østersbuddet emerged from a vision to spread awareness about this exquisite delicacy. All their oysters come from Fiskerikajen and are opened right in front of the customers. Their charming and mobile oyster cart will be at Broens every weekend in May and every day of the week from June to August. On rainy days, they are allowed to stay at home - but all of our other food stalls remain open.
