The concept at Poulette is simple but brilliant: fried chicken and tofu nestled in a soft brioche bun with pickled cucumber, mayo, cheese, and lettuce. The sandwiches are fresh, tender, and spicy. And let’s not forget about their crispy signature fries, generously seasoned with Poulette’s very own spice mix.

Poulette is owned by the talented duo Jesper Emil Norrie and Martin Ho, who is also behind the hip and highly popular natural wine bar, Pompette, located in Nørrebro.

They are all about their slogan ‘’spicy by default’’, which showcases the perfect interplay between numbing Sichuan pepper and the heat from their spice mix.
